
Strategic Sales Professional

This is a hybrid role that combines sales execution with strategic contribution. As a Business Strategy Associate, you will prospect clients, suggest properties, arrange site visits, and close deals in line with monthly sales targets.
You will also collaborate with leadership to develop and execute creative strategies that enhance our presence in the market, strengthen lead generation, improve sales conversions, and support team expansion.
This position is ideal for someone who thrives in sales but also wants to play a role in shaping business strategy, marketing direction, and growth initiatives.
Main Responsibilities- Sales & Client Engagement:
- Prospect and connect with potential clients through calls, meetings, and networking.
- Understand client requirements and suggest suitable office space options.
- Coordinate and conduct property visits with clients.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients to drive repeat business.
- Achieve and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets.
- Represent us professionally in all client interactions.
- Strategy & Business Growth:
- Work with the leadership team to create strategies for stronger presence in the market.
- Suggest ideas and directions for creatives that can boost digital lead generation.
- Recommend sales conversation strategies to improve client engagement and closure rates.
- Contribute to team expansion strategies, including inputs on hiring and scaling operations.
- Suggest revenue-enhancement strategies to maximize profitability from the market.
- Share market intelligence, competitor insights, and innovative approaches.
