Job Title: Sales & Operations Lead

A highly skilled professional to oversee sales growth, client relationship management, and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Sales Leadership
    • Develop and implement student recruitment strategies to achieve targets.
    • Explore new markets and business opportunities to expand reach.
    • Monitor competitor activities and industry trends to keep strategies aligned.
    • Drive, mentor, and motivate the sales team with clear KPIs, training, and performance standards.
  • Operational Management
    • Oversee day-to-day operations including data calling, counselling, application processing, and admission confirmation.
    • Coordinate with cross-functional teams (marketing, admissions/processing, etc.) for smooth execution.
    • Track and report student recruitment numbers, conversion ratios, and operational performance metrics to management.
  • Strategic Planning & Growth
    • Collaborate with leadership to set business goals and expansion plans.
    • Create annual sales forecasts and performance reviews for sales & operations.
  • Team Management
    • Lead, train, and mentor sales, counselling, and operations teams.
    • Foster a culture of accountability, student-first service, and continuous improvement.
    • Ensure clear communication of goals, responsibilities, and expectations across teams.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, or related field (MBA preferred).
  • Proven experience (7+ years) in sales and operations leadership roles (study abroad/related field preferred).
  • Strong understanding of international admission, counselling, and visa procedures.
  • Ability to work under pressure and deliver results in a fast-paced environment.
