
Pre-Sales Professional

This is an exciting opportunity to join a tight-knit team as a Business Development professional. You will be responsible for driving growth across Europe, the US, and the Middle East.
The ideal candidate will have 3+ years of experience in pre-sales or a related B2B role, with a strong background in research and analytics.
- Critical Responsibilities:
You will own critical workflows—prospecting, outreach, meeting orchestration, and sales intelligence.
You will help shape our collateral and processes.
You will create qualified prospect lists using databases, web research, and other tools.
You will track news and developments at priority accounts to spot timely opportunities.
You will maintain clean, current records; enrich prospect attributes; manage list hygiene.
You will execute email campaigns to secure calls/meetings.
You will schedule with prospects, manage calendars, and ensure pre-reads are in place.
You will profile prospects, tailor decks, and map Axience offerings to needs.
You will maintain and disseminate brochures, pitch decks, templates, and other assets.
You will identify relevant conferences and manage end-to-end preparation.
You will drive lead generation via sales-intelligence platforms and CRM application tools.
You will contribute strategic ideas to improve pre-sales and BD processes.
You will mentor and, over time, manage junior team members.

Able to rapidly understand complex client segments and align Axience offerings to each.
High responsiveness, strong ownership, and meticulous attention to detail in data and deliverables.
Resourceful researcher with excellent time management and multi-tasking skills.
Clear, confident communicator with strong written and spoken English.
Flexibility to put in extra effort during peak periods.
Requirements:
Mumbai-based candidates only.
3+ years in pre-sales or a related B2B role; experience with European/US markets is highly preferred.
Bachelor's degree with upper-quartile academic performance across stages of education.
Demonstrated top-decile performance in prior roles (for experienced professionals).
Relevant background in KPO, IT services, or B2B sales pre-sales preferred.
Alternative fit: experience in sales/lead generation for top information services/database providers in financial services.
Distinguished qualities that clearly set you apart (e.g., notable achievements, certifications, leadership in stretch projects).
