A skilled communicator with a knack for IT support is needed to deliver exceptional customer service and technical assistance.

- IT Support Experience – Exposure to troubleshooting, ticketing systems, and resolving technical issues.
As a key member of our technical team, you will provide first-line technical support to end-users in a courteous and professional manner. Your role will involve:
- Log all user service tickets in ITSM systems with complete and accurate information.
- Troubleshoot and resolve IT-related incidents and service requests.
- Manage customer inquiries and ensure timely resolution.
- Excellent communication skills – both verbal and written.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
- Customer-focused mindset with a commitment to service excellence.
- Familiarity with ITSM tools and ticketing systems (preferred but not mandatory).
