Job Title: Help Desk Specialist
A Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Help Desk Specialist to join our team. As a Help Desk Specialist, you will be the primary point of contact for clients who require assistance with ADP products and services.
Responsibilities:
- Serve as the front-line support for clients' challenges including issue resolution, answering questions, and providing solutions.
- Work independently or as part of a team to provide expert-level support to clients using phone, email, or chat-based communication.
- Use advanced problem-solving skills to identify and resolve complex issues in a timely manner.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless client experience.
- Document all interactions and resolutions in a clear and concise manner.
Requirements:
- 2-6 years of experience working in client service/customer service environment or systems integration environment.
- Excellent verbal and written communication, analytical and interfacing skills.
- Willingness to work in US shifts.
- Any Graduate/Postgraduate with experience in international voice.
