About the Job

We are seeking a highly skilled HR & Administration Executive to join our team at KARCO. As a key member of our Studio Department, you will be responsible for overseeing the recruitment process, managing HR processes, and ensuring compliance with labor laws and company policies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Recruitment and Onboarding: Oversee the recruitment process from job posting to hiring, ensuring a seamless experience for candidates.
  • HR Processes: Administer employee benefits, attendance, and performance management systems, maintain accurate employee records, and handle HR documentation.
  • Employee Engagement: Develop and implement initiatives to enhance employee engagement and satisfaction, address employee concerns, mediate conflicts, and provide support for career development.
  • Administration: Handle day-to-day administrative tasks related to HR and general office operations, maintain HR databases, prepare reports, and assist with audits as needed.
  • Lifecycle Management: Manage the full employee lifecycle, including performance evaluations, promotions, and terminations, guide career development and succession planning.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in HR, with a strong focus on recruitment, HR processes, and employee engagement.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
  • Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and professionalism.
