Burson APAC is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Support Professional to join its team in Mumbai.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in administration, with a focus on providing exceptional support to the leadership team and ensuring seamless day-to-day operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinating with HR to facilitate new hire onboarding, including I-card, access card, and official SIM card procurement.
  • Organizing employee forums and arranging for snacks, job-well-done certificates, employee vouchers, and hampers.
  • Managing leadership calendars, expense reports, and travel arrangements.
  • Approval of attendance and timesheets for reportees.
  • Filing travel expense claims and placing orders for lunches and team celebrations.
  • Assisting with client visits, including informing the base team about client arrival, parking, and meeting room access.
  • Guiding travel arrangements for office staff, including booking flights, accommodations, and ground transfers.
  • Ensuring staff file expenses with correct approvals.
  • Procuring official SIMs from Vodafone or Airtel for employee use.

Requirements:

  • Graduate degree.
  • 2-3 years of experience in administration or EA roles.
