Job Title: Administration and Executive Assistant

Burson APAC is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administration and Executive Assistant to support its Mumbai office.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide administrative support to the leadership team, including calendar management, expense tracking, and travel arrangements.
  • Coordinate with HR to ensure seamless onboarding of new hires, including procurement of necessary documents and equipment.
  • Manage attendance and timesheets, as well as fill travel expense claims.
  • Arrange client visits, including parking, meeting room access, and lunch or snack arrangements.
  • Procure official SIM cards for employee use and ensure timely filing of expenses.
Requirements:
  • Graduate degree
  • 2-3 years of experience in administration or EA roles
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills
