Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled HR Executive to join our team at YOU Broadband India Limited. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining the employee life cycle, managing recruitment processes, and addressing employee relations issues.

Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain accurate employee records, including attendance and leave records, and update HR databases accordingly.
  • Manage the recruitment process, including resume screening, scheduling interviews, and conducting background checks.
  • Develop and implement effective employee onboarding and induction processes.
  • Address employee relations issues and resolve conflicts in a fair and timely manner.
  • Collaborate with management to develop and implement HR strategies that align with the company's goals.

Requirements and Skills

  • Proven experience in HR, with a strong understanding of HR functions, including recruitment, training, and development.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with employees and management.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
  • Proficient in MS Office, with knowledge of HRMS a plus.

Qualifications and Experience

  • Graduate or MBA in HR, with a minimum of 3-4 years of experience in a similar role.
