Job Specifications

Role : HR Generalist

Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain and manage the employee life cycle from onboarding to separation
  • Coordinate recruitment processes, including resume screening, interview scheduling, and background checks
  • Facilitate the onboarding and induction process for new employees
  • Manage and maintain employee records, including attendance and leave records, and update HR databases
  • Oversee employee separation processes, including exit interviews and final payments
  • Address and resolve employee relations issues and conflicts, including PF, ESIC, and insurance matters

Requirements and Skills

  • Proven experience as an HR officer, administrator, or other HR professional
  • Knowledge of HR functions, including pay and benefits, recruitment, and training and development
  • Proficiency in MS Office, with knowledge of HRMS a plus
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong ethics and reliability
  • Employee Life Cycle expertise

Qualification and Experience

  • Graduate or MBA in HR
  • 3-4 years of experience
