This role combines back-end human resources operations with accounting support. We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented professional to join our team.
- Manage employee attendance records, ensuring accuracy in timesheets.
- Administer and process payroll, including statutory deductions.
- Maintain and update leave management systems, ensuring fair and consistent implementation.
- Handle employee queries related to payroll, compliance, and HR operations.
- Support back-end HR activities such as onboarding documentation, employee records, and HR audits.
- Drive the offer rollout process—drafting, releasing, and tracking offer letters.
- Perform bookkeeping tasks: maintaining ledgers, journal entries, and reconciliations.
- Assist in preparing monthly financial statements, balance sheets, and P&L reports.
- Manage accounts payable/receivable records and vendor payment processing.
- Ensure accuracy of financial data entry in accounting software.
- Support audits by providing necessary financial and compliance documentation.
- Collaborate with finance teams on budgeting, tax filings, and compliance requirements.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Accounting, Finance, HR, or Business Administration.
- 2–3 years of proven experience in HR operations (payroll, compliance, documentation, offer rollouts).
- Hands-on experience in bookkeeping, reconciliations, and financial record-keeping.
- Knowledge of payroll software, accounting tools, Excel, and HRMS systems.
- Familiarity with Indian labor laws and statutory compliance.
- Strong analytical, attention-to-detail, and confidentiality skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
