Role Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Sales Manager to drive the sales of technical products or solutions to businesses. As a key member of our team, you will focus on understanding customer requirements, presenting technical solutions, and closing sales deals for our innovative products. This role requires a deep understanding of both the product/solution and the customer's technical needs.

The ideal candidate will work closely with engineering teams, product management, and customers to achieve revenue targets, manage key accounts, and provide post-sales support.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive sales growth through effective technical solution presentations
  • Manage key customer relationships and account development
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver business objectives
  • Provide exceptional post-sales support and ensure high customer satisfaction

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Structural or Civil)
  • 3+ years of experience in technical sales, sales engineering, or business development
