Job Title: Senior Tender Manager

The Senior Tender Manager is a pivotal role where you will be responsible for managing the end-to-end tendering and proposal development process for projects in Carbon Markets, Renewable Energy, Environmental Services, and NBS initiatives.

This role requires a strong foundation in tendering/proposals, with excellent coordination skills to work with internal teams (technical, legal, finance, BD) and tender experts. As a Senior Tender Manager, you will develop and maintain a knowledge base of templates, case studies, credentials, and standard bid documents.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the preparation and submission of tenders, RFPs, EOIs, and bids in line with client and sector requirements.
  • Review tender documents and identify compliance requirements, deadlines, and deliverables.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and tender experts to compile inputs, cost estimates, and supporting materials.
  • Draft and structure high-quality technical and commercial proposals tailored to carbon markets, renewable energy, and sustainability projects.
  • Track and monitor relevant opportunities from government bodies, corporates, and international organizations.

Requirements:

  • Relevant Qualification
  • 2-6 years of relevant experience in Tender Management in the field of Climate Change and sustainability
  • Strong knowledge of tendering procedures in government, corporate, or donor-funded projects
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Excellent writing and communication skills with strong attention to detail
