Environmental Specialist Role

Our team is seeking an experienced Environmental Specialist to support client engagements on environmental, social, and governance (ESG) topics.

This role involves conducting research, benchmarking, and data analysis to help clients make informed decisions about their sustainability strategies.

The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of ESG frameworks and be able to develop clear, actionable recommendations for clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support client engagements on ESG and climate-related topics, including carbon accounting, life cycle analysis, and sustainability reporting.
  • Conduct research and analysis to identify best practices and emerging trends in the field of sustainability.
  • Develop client-ready presentations and proposals with clear messaging and strong visuals.
  • Collaborate with senior consultants and stakeholders to translate insights into actionable recommendations.
  • Continuously learn and explore new areas in sustainability, ESG, and climate change topics.
Desired Profile
  • Strong communication and analytical skills; able to engage confidently with clients and internal teams.
  • Good working knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Genuine interest in sustainability and ESG topics.
  • Analytical mindset, comfortable with both qualitative and quantitative problem-solving.
  • Ability to adapt quickly and work in a fast-paced entrepreneurial environment.
  • Bachelor's degree (any discipline); background in sustainability, environment, economics, or business a plus but not required.
