Job Title

Key Environmental Impact Assessment (EIA) and Environmental Management Plan (EMP) Preparation

Responsibilities:
  • Conduct EIA studies for development projects, including ports, highways, and industrial areas.
  • Assist in preparing environmental management plans, baseline monitoring plans, and mitigation strategies.
  • Ensure compliance with environmental legislation, such as the EIA Notification and CRZ Notification.
  • Coordinate and participate in site visits for data collection, sampling, baseline environmental monitoring, and stakeholder consultations.
  • Liaise with clients, consultants, and regulatory authorities for project-related matters.
  • Prepare technical reports, presentations, and data analysis for environmental submissions.
  • Act as a point of contact for clients on project progress and deliverables.
Requirements:
  • Good understanding of Indian environmental legislation and regulatory processes.
  • Experience with baseline environmental monitoring and data interpretation.
  • Proficiency in technical writing and preparing detailed reports.
  • Strong analytical, communication, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work both independently and in team settings.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience in handling assignments funded by international agencies.
  • Exposure to CRZ mapping, land use analysis, or GIS tools.
  • Ability to multitask and handle concurrent assignments efficiently.
