We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our team as a Data Analyst.

About the Role
  • The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving environmental performance reporting by collaborating with stakeholders to deliver innovative solutions.
  • They will implement and maintain processes to ensure timely reporting on Environmental KPIs and relevant regulations across international manufacturing sites, offices, and labs.
  • The successful candidate will also ensure preparedness for emerging regulations like CSRD, Green Taxonomy, and sustainability reporting requirements.
Responsibilities
  1. Drive execution and delivery of environmental sustainability targets across climate, waste, and water.
  2. Actively support limited assurance of environmental sustainability indicators in line with ISAE 3000 and other applicable standards.
  3. Support senior leadership in data-driven decision making for environmental sustainability related areas.
  4. Develop and implement initiatives to improve data accuracy and quality, ensuring necessary controls are in place to comply with upcoming regulations.
Requirements
  • MBA or university degree in engineering, technology, or a related field. Advanced degree is desirable.
  • Relevant work experience of about 10-12 years, ideally at multinational organizations driving execution of environmental sustainability strategy and targets.
  • Minimum 8 years of experience in data analytics, performance report preparation, and interacting with cross-functional stakeholders.
  • Excellent Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint skills.
  • Fluency in English required. Working knowledge of additional languages desirable.
  • Good communication skills, proactivity, self-initiative, and ability to operate in a global matrix environment.
