Job Summary Are you inspired to contribute your expertise to a global leading Ingredients organization We are a global leader in taste scent and nutrition offering our customers a broader range of solutions for the food beverage industry We are looking for a dedicated and passionate individual to join our Global Finance team as Senior Change Management Specialist Come join the global Ingredients leader where science and creativity meet to create essential solutions for a better world Your Focus As a Senior Change Management Specialist at our Global Shared Service Center in Hyderabad India you will support the development and implementation of change management strategies and plans that maximize employee adoption and usage of required changes This role also includes plans and efforts to anticipate and minimize resistant behaviors from employees and stakeholders who are impacted by the changes This position will report to Change Management Senior Manager How You Will Contribute Perform change management assessments and demonstrate expertise in change management methodologies and process improvement Develop and execute actionable deliverables for core change management activities Stakeholder management Communications Engagement Change Impact Assessments Resistance Management Business Readiness Training Plans and Benefits realization Coordinate efforts with other specialists and senior leaders Integrate change management activities into project plans Evaluate and ensure user readiness Manage multiple stakeholders from sponsors to end users Track and report issues providing strategic solutions Provide ongoing support to the organization as they move through change Guide junior change management specialists What you will need to be successful Essential Skills and Experience Bachelor s or Master s degree in Communications Marketing Business Psychology or Certification in Change Management Minimum 5 years of experience in Change Management with a proven track record of successful implementations Strong leadership skills with the ability to take initiative be hands-on and result driven Proficiency in spoken and written English other languages are a plus Excellent interpersonal skills with a focus on engagement and effective communication Team player exhibiting collaboration excellent active listening and problem-solving skills Proven proficiency in MS Office Word Excel and PowerPoint Preferred Skills and Experience In-depth familiarity with change and project management approaches tools and phases of the project lifecycle Experience in supporting large-scale change initiatives Ability to influence and drive change at all organizational levels Consulting experience SAP experience will be an added advantage We are a global leader in taste scent and nutrition offering our customers a broader range of natural solutions and accelerating our growth strategy At IFF we believe that your uniqueness unleashes our potential We value the diverse mosaic of the ethnicity national origin race age sex or veteran status We strive for an inclusive workplace that allows each of our colleagues to bring their authentic self to work regardless of their religion gender identity expression sexual orientation or disability Visit to learn more
