strategic partner to the business aligning HR practices and objectives to support the achievement of Amgen s goals This role involves providing comprehensive HR support and guidance to senior leadership managing complex HR projects and driving initiatives that enhance organizational performance and staff engagement The HRBP Senior Manager plays a crucial role in shaping the HR strategy and fostering a high-performance culture Strategic HR Partnership Partner with senior leadership to understand strategic objectives and develop HR strategies that support organizational goals Provide expert advice and guidance on HR matters including talent management organizational development organization design workforce planning and staff relations Align HR initiatives with business strategies to drive performance and growth Talent Management and Development Lead talent management processes including succession planning performance management and leadership development coaching Identify and address talent gaps and implement strategies to attract retain and develop top talent Support career development initiatives and create opportunities for staff growth Staff Engagement and Culture Drive staff engagement initiatives to foster a positive and inclusive work environment Drive staff surveys analyze feedback and implement action plans to improve staff satisfaction and retention Promote a culture of continuous improvement collaboration and innovation HR Operations and Compliance Collaborate with HR operations to ensure efficient and compliant HR processes Maintain compliance Basic Qualifications Master s degree and 12 to 16 years of Human Resources with at least 3 years in a senior HRBP or equivalent experience Preferred Qualifications Must-Have Proven experience in
