Job Description

How You Will Contribute

- Perform change management assessments and demonstrate expertise in change management methodologies and process improvement.
- Develop and execute actionable deliverables for core change management activities: Stakeholder management, Communications & Engagement, Change Impact Assessments, Resistance Management, Business Readiness, Training Plans and Benefits realization.
- Coordinate efforts with other specialists and senior leaders.
- Integrate change management activities into project plans.
- Evaluate and ensure user readiness.
- Manage multiple stakeholders, from sponsors to end users.
- Track and report issues, providing strategic solutions.
- Provide ongoing support to the organization as they move through change.
- Guide junior change management specialists.

What you will need to be successful

Essential Skills and Experience

- Bachelor s or Master s degree in Communications, Marketing, Business, Psychology or Certification in Change Management.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Change Management with a proven track record of successful implementations.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to take initiative, be hands-on and result driven.
- Proficiency in spoken and written English; other languages are a plus.
- Excellent interpersonal skills, with a focus on engagement and effective communication.
- Team player exhibiting collaboration, excellent active listening and problem-solving skills.
- Proven proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel and PowerPoint).

Preferred Skills and Experience

- In-depth familiarity with change and project management approaches, tools, and phases of the project lifecycle.
- Experience in supporting large-scale change initiatives.
- Ability to influence and drive change at all organizational levels.
- Consulting experience.
- SAP experience will be an added advantage.
