Role Overview

We are seeking an accomplished Change Management Specialist to drive employee adoption and maximize the effectiveness of organizational changes.

This key position will be responsible for developing and implementing change management strategies, coordinating efforts with senior leaders, and ensuring user readiness throughout the transition process.

The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in change management methodologies, excellent interpersonal skills, and proficiency in MS Office. Experience in large-scale change initiatives, project management approaches, and influencing organizational change at all levels is highly desirable.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute actionable deliverables for core change management activities: stakeholder management, communications & engagement, change impact assessments, resistance management, business readiness, training plans, and benefits realization.
  • Perform change management assessments, demonstrating expertise in change management methodologies and process improvement.
  • Manage multiple stakeholders, from sponsors to end users, providing ongoing support as they navigate through change.
  • Evaluate and ensure user readiness, tracking and reporting issues to provide strategic solutions.
  • Guide junior change management specialists, fostering collaboration and effective communication within the team.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Communications, Marketing, Business, Psychology, or Certification in Change Management.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in Change Management with a proven track record of successful implementations.
  • Strong leadership skills, taking initiative, being hands-on, and result-driven.
  • Proficiency in spoken and written English; other languages are a plus.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, focusing on engagement and effective communication.
  • Team player exhibiting collaboration, active listening, and problem-solving skills.
  • Proven proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Data Analytics knowledge and use of BI tools is a plus.

Preferred Skills:

  • In-depth familiarity with change and project management approaches, tools, and phases of the project lifecycle.
  • Experience in supporting large-scale change initiatives.
  • Ability to influence and drive change at all organizational levels.
  • Consulting experience.
  • SAP experience is an added advantage.
