Your Focus

As a Senior Change Management Specialist at our Global Shared Service Center in Hyderabad, India, you will support the development and implementation of change management strategies and plans that maximize employee adoption and usage of required changes. This role also includes plans and efforts to anticipate and minimize resistant behaviors from employees and stakeholders who are impacted by the changes.

This position will report to Change Management Senior Manager.

How You Will Contribute

- Perform change management assessments and demonstrate expertise in change management methodologies and process improvement.
- Develop and execute actionable deliverables for core change management activities: Stakeholder management, Communications & Engagement, Change Impact Assessments, Resistance Management, Business Readiness, Training Plans and Benefits realization.
- Coordinate efforts with other specialists and senior leaders.
- Integrate change management activities into project plans.
- Evaluate and ensure user readiness.
- Manage multiple stakeholders, from sponsors to end users.
- Track and report issues, providing strategic solutions.
- Provide ongoing support to the organization as they move through change.
- Guide junior change management specialists.

What You Will Need To Be Successful

Essential Skills and Experience

- Bachelors or Masters degree in Communications, Marketing, Business, Psychology or Certification in Change Management.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Change Management with a proven track record of successful implementations.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to take initiative, be hands-on and result driven.
- Proficiency in spoken and written English; other languages are a plus.
- Excellent interpersonal skills, with a focus on engagement and effective communication.
- Team player exhibiting collaboration, excellent active listening and problem-solving skills.
- Proven proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel and PowerPoint).
- Knowledge of Data Analytics and use of BI tools is good to have.

Preferred Skills And Experience

- In-depth familiarity with change and project management approaches, tools, and phases of the project lifecycle.
- Experience in supporting large-scale change initiatives.
- Ability to influence and drive change at all organizational levels.
- Consulting experience.
- SAP experience will be an added advantage.
