Job Title:

A Senior Change Management Professional

Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform in-depth change management assessments and demonstrate expertise in proven methodologies and process improvement.
  • Develop and execute actionable deliverables for core change management activities: stakeholder engagement, communications, change impact assessments, resistance management, business readiness, training plans, and benefits realization.
  • Coordinate efforts with cross-functional teams and senior leaders, integrate change management activities into project plans, evaluate and ensure user readiness, manage multiple stakeholders, track and report issues, providing strategic solutions.
Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need to have:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in a related field such as Communications, Marketing, Business, Psychology, or Certification in Change Management.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in Change Management with a proven track record of successful implementations.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to take initiative, be hands-on, and result-driven.
  • Proficiency in spoken and written English, with additional languages being an asset.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with a focus on engagement and effective communication.
  • Team player exhibiting collaboration, active listening, and problem-solving skills.
