Job Title:

Drug Substance Project Manager

">Job Description:

The Drug Substance Project Manager plays a pivotal role in leading, planning and organizing project activities for lifecycle changes at established external API supply points to support and achieve the strategic objectives of the overall program.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan and deliver projects in accordance with organizational mission and goals.
  • Develop and implement long-term goals, key milestone planning and objectives to ensure successful project outcomes.
  • Evaluate and implement policies and procedures to guide project activities.
  • Maintain compliance with relevant legislation and professional standards.
  • Document project activities through various forms and records.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to establish project plans and goals.
  • Track progress and provide updates on project strategy and priorities.
  • Foster cross-functional communication and stakeholder management to ensure awareness and alignment.
  • Report on project progress to Program Managers.
  • Identify and manage risks associated with project activities.
  • Implement corrective actions as needed.
  • Promote Life Cycle process improvement initiatives.
  • Ensure compliance with GMP and regulatory requirements.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • 5-10 years of experience in similar roles and complexity.
  • Strong leadership capabilities, including decision-making, result orientation, and stakeholder management.
  • Advanced knowledge of Supply Chain LCM processes.
  • Experience in Supply Chain Management within the Pharmaceutical Industry.
  • Extensive Project Management experience.
  • Intercultural experience and ability to adapt to complex and rapidly changing business environments.
  • Basic understanding of cGxP's.
