Business Development Manager

Aurassure is a climate tech startup building solutions for a sustainable world. Our innovative climate management solutions help businesses monitor and analyze air quality and urban floods in real-time.

  • Identify new business opportunities and achieve sales targets through effective market analysis, negotiation, and deal-closing skills.
  • Maintain strong relationships with customers by delivering exceptional customer service and staying updated on their evolving needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Promote and sell Aurassure's climate management solutions to various sectors including Construction, Real Estate, Health Care, Industries, and Enterprises.
  • Conduct frequent client meetings to generate new leads and close sales deals through excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Negotiate contracts and finalize agreements to meet and exceed revenue targets while ensuring customer satisfaction.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in sales or business development, preferably in environmental services, technology, or related industries, with a strong track record of success.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with customers.
  • Strong negotiation and deal-closing abilities, with a focus on driving revenue growth and exceeding targets.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools and sales tracking software, with the ability to leverage technology to drive business results.
  • Bachelor's degree or a related field; an MBA is highly valued.
