We are seeking a seasoned professional to join our team as a Home Automation Specialist.

This highly sought-after role will be the primary point of contact for prospective customers visiting our experience center. The successful candidate will provide personalized tours, demonstrate and explain home automation systems (lighting, climate control, entertainment, security, energy management, etc.), and help customers envision how these technologies can be integrated into their homes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Welcome visitors to the experience center and conduct informative tours.
  • Demonstrate and explain various home automation solutions.
  • Understand customer needs and recommend tailored solutions from our product portfolio.
  • Collaborate with sales and technical teams to ensure seamless customer experiences.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the latest smart home technologies and company offerings.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement of the experience center tours and demonstrations.

Requirements & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Electronics, IT, Business, or a related field (desired).
  • Prior experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in home automation, consumer electronics, or technology sales.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to simplify complex concepts.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and customer service orientation.
  • Passion for smart technology, innovation, and lifestyle solutions.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with sales, technical, and support teams.
