About the Role :

We are looking for a HubSpot Solution Specialist to lead and manage our HubSpot CRM and marketing automation ecosystem. This role requires hands-on expertise across Sales Hub, Marketing Hub, and Service Hub, and the ability to understand business workflows, suggest improvements, and implement scalable solutions. The ideal candidate will be self-driven, detail-oriented, and capable of driving adoption across teams.

Key Responsibilities :

- Conduct in-depth audits of existing HubSpot setup and recommend industry best practices.

- Design and implement custom workflows, automation rules, and integrations tailored to business needs.

- Optimize usage of HubSpot across Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success teams.

- Build and maintain reports, dashboards, and campaign performance metrics to support data-driven decisions.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand requirements and translate them into HubSpot solutions.

- Ensure HubSpot configuration aligns with overall CRM and marketing strategy.

- Train and support internal users to maximize adoption and efficiency.

- Act as the internal subject matter expert for all HubSpot capabilities and updates.

Requirements :

- 4+ years of experience working with HubSpot CRM and its Sales, Marketing, and Service Hubs.

- Proven experience designing and managing HubSpot workflows, automation, custom objects, and integrations.

- Strong understanding of CRM data structures, marketing automation, and lead lifecycle management.

- Ability to create insightful dashboards and reports for campaign tracking and team performance.

- Excellent communication, documentation, and stakeholder management skills.

- Experience working in cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment.

- HubSpot certifications (preferred but not mandatory).

Good to Have :

- Familiarity with integration platforms like Zapier, Make (Integromat), or custom APIs.

- Experience with other CRMs or marketing tools (e.g., Salesforce, Marketo) is a plus.

- Background in RevOps, Martech, or digital marketing operations.
