HubSpot & Salesforce Integration Specialist

Seeking a skilled Integration Specialist with strong experience in HubSpot, Salesforce, and Workato to design, implement, and optimize seamless data flows between CRM, marketing, and business intelligence platforms. The ideal candidate will have expertise in API-based integrations, automation workflows, and data management to ensure accurate, real-time data synchronization across systems.

Key Responsibilities

Integration & Automation

  • Design, develop, and maintain integrations between HubSpot and Salesforce using Workato and other middleware tools.
  • Automate workflows for lead management, marketing campaigns, and sales reporting.
  • Ensure real-time data synchronization and integrity between platforms.

Data Management & Reporting

  • Pull, clean, and transform data from HubSpot and Salesforce for analytics and business insights.
  • Collaborate with BI teams to ensure seamless data flow into reporting dashboards.
  • Monitor integration health and resolve data discrepancies promptly.

System Optimization & Process Improvement

  • Evaluate current integration workflows and identify optimization opportunities.
  • Work closely with Marketing, Sales, and IT teams to implement scalable automation solutions.
  • Stay updated on HubSpot, Salesforce, and Workato capabilities, ensuring adoption of new features.

Compliance & Governance

  • Ensure data accuracy, security, and compliance with GDPR and other data protection standards.
  • Maintain documentation of integration processes and system configurations.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field (Master's preferred).
  • 4–8 years of experience in HubSpot and Salesforce integration projects.
  • Hands-on experience with Workato or similar iPaaS tools (e.g., Zapier, Mulesoft).
  • Strong knowledge of APIs, webhooks, and data transformation.
  • Experience in troubleshooting integration issues and managing complex workflows.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
