Job Title Project Coordinator/Project Lead

Full time/Part Time - Full Time

Description

Project coordinator/Project Lead works closely with various global stakeholders(Business, Product Manager, Technical Managers, Solution Architects, Software Development Teams and Engineering Teams) to keep track of status and updating KPI and other metrics dashboard time to time. He/She would also ensure to track all product pods for Agile/Scrum process and best practices implementation.

Primary Responsibilities

- Own Refrigeration Products KPI dashboard to update time to time
- Prepare status update documents and presentations by working with respective key stakeholders
- Ensure all product teams following right standards and documentation while developing products by keeping all required documentation at Confluence or related stores
- Keep track of all our test assets and equipment time to time
- Checking vendor resources timesheets and coordinating with vendor teams for any discrepancies

Experience And Skills Required

- 4-7 years of overall experience in Software domain
- At least 1 year of experience in project management
- Financial acumen and clarity of though while presenting any data points to leadership
- Certified Scrum Master
- Solid working knowledge in Agile/Scrum/Jira/Confluence

Qualifications And Experience

- B.E/B.Tech/MCA/M.Tech qualification along with MBA
- Knowledge Microsoft Excel, PPT
- Working knowledge in any visualization tools(PowerBI, QuickSight etc.,)
- Experience in Agile/Scrum
