
Senior Business Development Manager

This position involves identifying prospective customers and converting them into business opportunities through account acquisition, client relationship management, market intelligence, product customization, action planning, cross-selling, and monitoring process efficiency.
The Cluster Head will be responsible for acquiring and deepening accounts with various institutions, including Trusts, Associations, Societies, Clubs, Religious Institutions, and Educational Institutions.
- Account Acquisition: Focus on acquiring high-quality accounts and building strong relationships with clients through effective servicing and superior products.
- Client Relationship Management: Ensure efficient servicing and superior products to maintain customer stickiness and loyalty.
- Market Intelligence: Gather market intelligence and track competition best practices to stay ahead in the industry.
- Product Customization: Work closely with the product team to customize products and improve processes.
- Action Planning: Periodically review under-performing customers and develop action plans for improvement.
- Cross-Selling: Assess client needs and generate new revenue through cross-selling opportunities.
- Monitoring Process Efficiency: Monitor process efficiency and provide inputs for improvement.
In addition, you will ensure full awareness of all policies and procedures issued in relation to products, KYC, and AML policy.
