Sales Director West India

Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Manager to lead our sales efforts in West India. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing existing accounts, building new relationships, and driving sales growth in the region.
Key Responsibilities:- Account Management: Develop and execute strategies to grow existing accounts and identify new business opportunities.
- Relationship Building: Foster strong relationships with key clients, stakeholders, and internal teams to drive sales growth and customer satisfaction.
- Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities, develop proposals, and negotiate deals to meet sales targets.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with operations, customer service, and marketing teams to ensure seamless delivery of services and solutions to clients.
- Performance Monitoring: Track and report on sales performance, identify trends, and make recommendations for improvement.
- Continuous Improvement: Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and regulatory requirements to ensure LRQA's services and solutions meet the evolving needs of clients.
Requirements:
- Proven track record of sales success in a similar role.
- Strong relationship-building and communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets.
- Knowledge of the energy industry and LRQA's services and solutions.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
