Job Title: Regional Sales Director - Central, West, and South India

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Regional Sales Director to lead our sales efforts in Central, West, and South India. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing a comprehensive business plan to drive sales growth and revenue expansion in the region.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement a business plan to achieve sales targets and drive revenue growth in Central, West, and South India.
  • Establish and oversee sales targets, ensuring they are achieved through effective sales strategies and team management.
  • Track and analyze Year-on-Year (YoY) growth metrics to assess and improve sales performance.
  • Supervise and guide a team of sales representatives to optimize their performance and achieve sales objectives.
  • Evaluate and address growth opportunities to drive revenue and market share expansion.
  • Identify and research potential clients and new business opportunities.
  • Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including internal and external partners.
  • Provide regular reports on business performance, market conditions, and strategic initiatives to senior management.
  • Provide guidance and support to direct reportees.
  • Conduct regular analysis of customer behavior and competitor activities to inform strategic decisions.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field; MBA or equivalent advanced degree is a plus.
  • Proven experience in sales management, business development, or a related role within the Indian market.
  • Strong leadership skills with a demonstrated ability to manage and motivate a sales team.
  • Excellent analytical skills with a solid understanding of market research and sales performance metrics.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain professional relationships.
  • Willingness to travel frequently across the designated region.
