We are looking for an experienced Support Professional to serve as the first line of contact for our partners.

You will work closely with internal teams to resolve issues, maintain service level agreements and deliver a consistently strong partner experience.

About the Role

The ideal candidate will have 2-4 years of experience in support roles, preferably in software as a service (SaaS) or business to business (B2B) environments.

They should have a strong understanding of APIs, webhooks and third-party integration workflows.

Additionally, they should be proficient in tools like Freshdesk, Zendesk or Intercom.

Key Responsibilities

  • Respond to partner queries via email, live chat or ticketing systems.
  • Maintain high-quality written communication with typing speeds of 70+ words per minute.
  • Guide partners through the onboarding process and assist with dashboard integrations.
  • Work with product, tech and sales teams to resolve escalations and improve the partner experience.

Requirements

  • 2–4 years of experience in support roles.
