Flynnaut is seeking a highly skilled Technical Support Engineer to provide exceptional remote IT support. The primary focus will be on Microsoft 365, Azure AD/Active Directory, Intune device management, Exchange, and SharePoint.

Key Responsibilities
  • Advanced support for Microsoft 365 applications (Outlook, Teams, OneDrive, SharePoint).
  • Migration work with an Architect for Exchange Online and SharePoint Online, including cut-over and hybrid scenarios.
Device & Endpoint Management
  • Intune device enrollment configuration and compliance policy support for Windows, iOS, and Android endpoints.
Active Directory / Azure AD
  • User lifecycle administration, group policies, authentication issues, and conditional access troubleshooting in both on-prem AD and Azure AD.
Troubleshooting & Monitoring
  • Level 2 incident diagnosis and resolution via remote means, ensuring system availability and minimizing downtime.
  • Proactive monitoring of infrastructure using RMM tools, with escalation of systemic issues.
Support & Triage Leadership
  • Serving as the escalation point for Level 1 tickets, providing triage guidance and knowledge-sharing to upskill junior technicians.
Customer Engagement
  • User-focused support delivery through clear communication, set expectations, and timely resolution.
Compliance & Documentation
  • Precise records maintenance of incidents, fixes, and system configurations.
  • Upholding asset-management and preventive-maintenance standards.
Collaboration & Escalation
  • Partnering with Level 3/Engineering teams on complex problems and root-cause analysis.
  • Contributing to continuous improvement of knowledge bases and SOPs.
