As a Technical Solutions Expert, you will be instrumental in driving customer success and revenue growth through technical excellence.

Key Responsibilities
  • You will conduct technical discovery sessions, product demonstrations, proof of concepts, and workshops for application security solutions.
  • Prepare responses for technical sections of request for information/request for proposal documents and address customer queries.
  • Guide customers in adopting secure software development life cycle practices and integrate application security into their DevOps pipelines.
  • Partner with sales, services, product management, and support teams to deliver effective solutions.
  • Build reusable technical assets (presentations, demo scripts, FAQs).
  • Conduct partner enablement workshops and provide technical guidance for channel engagements.
  • Stay updated on cybersecurity trends, compliance requirements, and application security best practices.
  • Foster strong relationships with customers, acting as a trusted technical advisor.
Qualifications & Experience
  • 5+ years of experience in technical pre-sales, solution engineering, or consulting in application security or enterprise software.
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
  • Knowledge of security testing tools and methodologies.
  • Working knowledge of programming/scripting languages.
  • Experience with application security tools like AppScan or competitor tools.
  • Familiarity with DevOps pipelines, CI/CD tools, and secure coding practices.
  • Strong communication, presentation, and executive engagement skills.
