Sustainable Marketing Partnerships

Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled Partnership & Collaboration Executive to drive our sustainability initiative, CarbonCut. This innovative project aims to reduce the environmental impact of marketing and advertising activities by providing businesses with tools to accurately calculate and offset their carbon emissions.

As a key member of our team, you will build and manage strategic partnerships that strengthen CarbonCut's mission of driving net-zero advertising. You will work closely with brands, agencies, and sustainability partners to create impactful collaborations and long-term value.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify, approach, and onboard new partners across marketing and sustainability ecosystems.
  • Manage and nurture existing partnerships to ensure mutual growth and alignment.
  • Support co-branded initiatives, events, and campaigns with external partners.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (sales, marketing, product, ESG) to deliver partner-driven solutions.
  • Track partnership performance, prepare reports, and recommend improvements.
  • Stay updated on industry trends in sustainability, MarTech, and climate innovation.

Requirements:

  • Relationship-driven with strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Demonstrated interest in sustainability and marketing partnerships.
  • Proactive, reliable, and able to manage multiple stakeholders.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Sustainability, or related field.
  • 1–3 years' experience in partnerships, business development, or client relations.
  • Strong negotiation, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
