Senior Interior Designer Job Opportunity

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the end-to-end design process for commercial office projects, ensuring seamless execution from concept to completion.
  • Collaborate closely with clients to understand their specific requirements, budget constraints, and project timelines.
  • Develop comprehensive space planning, conceptual designs, mood boards, and 3D presentations that meet client expectations.
  • Select and finalize materials, finishes, furniture, and fixtures that align with project goals and client preferences.
  • Review and approve detailed drawings before construction commences, ensuring compliance with safety codes and building regulations.
  • Mentor and guide junior designers, promoting skill development and knowledge sharing within the team.
  • Ensure adherence to sustainability standards, minimizing environmental impact throughout the design and implementation process.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's/Master's degree in Interior Design or Architecture.
  • Minimum 4-7 years of proven experience in commercial office interior design, with a strong portfolio of workplace design projects.
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Photoshop, and MS Office applications.
  • Strong knowledge of materials, furniture systems, and MEP coordination principles.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, enabling effective collaboration with clients and project stakeholders.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, meeting deadlines while maintaining high-quality deliverables.
