**Job Title:** Solutions Architect

Description:

Our team is seeking a seasoned Solutions Architect to join our ranks in India. This individual will be responsible for crafting innovative customer engagement roadmaps and demonstrating Salesforce applications and platform capabilities.

The successful candidate will possess industry knowledge of the Technology/ITES vertical, with experience driving business outcomes through technology solutions. They will also have the ability to engage with C-level executives from Business and Technology groups.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Provide thought leadership on how enterprise companies can drive customer success through digital transformation.
  2. Ability to uncover challenges and issues businesses face by running targeted discovery sessions and workshops.
  3. Be an innovator who can build new solutions using out-of-the-box thinking.
  4. Engage with business users to build solution presentations, demonstrations, and prototypes.
  5. Develop roadmaps that clearly articulate how partners can implement and accept solutions to move from current to future state.
  6. Authoritatively present and articulate business value to managers and executives of all levels.
  7. Deliver functional and technical responses to RFPs/RFIs.
  8. Work as an excellent teammate by contributing, learning, and sharing new knowledge.
  9. Demonstrate conceptual knowledge of integrating cloud applications to existing business applications and technology.
  10. Lead multiple customer engagements concurrently.
  11. Be self-motivated, flexible, and take initiative.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent relevant experience required. Experience will be evaluated based on core proficiencies or the role.
  • Relevant years of confirmed experience in the Technology/ITES Vertical, either pre-sales or implementation of customer engagement solutions, supporting the sales cycle in selling CRM or high-value business solutions.
  • Strong focus and experience in pre-sales is required.
  • Experience in demonstrating customer engagement solutions, understanding and driving use cases, customer journeys, ability to draw day-in-life scenarios across different LOBs.
  • Business Analysis/Business case/return on investment construction.
  • A broad understanding of and ability to articulate benefits of Cloud Computing, SFA, Service & Support, Marketing, and Mobile solutions.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills with a focus on needs analysis, positioning, business justification, and closing techniques.
  • Outstanding presentation and demonstration skills.
