Senior Solutions Architect

This role is designed to support the sales team in resolving complex, multi-service line deals within the Banking Americas Vertical of the BFSI sector.

Key Responsibilities
  • RFP Management:
    • Manage and win large-scale, multi-service line deals.
    • Create a comprehensive deal summary and strategy with input from subject matter experts and leaders.
    • Coordinate the onboarding of practice and solutions resources with the help of senior leaders.
    • Lead the end-to-end solutions process for pursuits, collaborating with senior leaders and marketing teams.
    • Project manage the entire bid, tracking and publishing key risks and action items, and taking corrective measures as needed.
    • Ensure timely submission of high-quality bids while maintaining compliance with internal processes.
  • Solution Integration:
    • Own the overall integrated solution as the Senior Solutions Architect, collaborating with cross-functional teams to craft a compelling response.
    • Brief stakeholders and create solution storyboards that align with customer requirements.
    • Engage with customers to clarify their needs and develop relevant questions to gather necessary information.
    • Be accountable for the completion of the integrated solution, collaborating with internal teams to deliver a competitive offering.
    • Curate, customize, and optimize content to align with customer expectations, ensuring alignment with final terms and conditions.

This role requires strong collaboration and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively across various teams to deliver high-quality solutions.
