
Customer Engagement Solutions Expert

We are seeking a seasoned Solutions Engineer to join our public sector team in India. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for crafting innovative customer engagement roadmaps and demonstrating Salesforce applications and platform in Bangalore, India.
The successful applicant will have a proven track record of working with public sector organizations to drive business outcomes through technology solutions. You will work closely with C-level executives and other stakeholders to understand their challenges and develop targeted solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide strategic guidance on how public sector organizations can drive customer success through digital transformation.
- Develop and deliver thought leadership presentations and workshops to engage with business users and stakeholders.
- Build solution presentations, demonstrations, and prototypes that articulate the business value of our solutions.
- Work closely with business users to build comprehensive roadmaps that clearly outline how partners can implement and accept solutions.
- Authoritatively present and articulate the business value of our solutions to managers and executives of all levels.
- Deliver functional and technical responses to RFPs/RFIs.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement solutions that meet the needs of our customers.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Relevant years of confirmed experience in the Pub Sec Vertical, either pre-sales or implementation of customer engagement solutions, supporting the sales cycle in selling CRM or high value business solutions.
- Strong focus and experience in pre-sales or implementation is required.
- Experience in demonstrating Customer engagement solutions, understanding and driving use cases, customer journeys, ability to draw Day in life of across different LOBs.
- Business Analysis/ Business case/return on investment construction.
- A broad understanding of and ability to articulate the benefits of Cloud Computing, SFA, Service Support, Marketing and Mobile solutions.
- Strong verbal and written communications skills with a focus on needs analysis, positioning, business justification, and closing techniques.
