Automation Solutions Expert

We're seeking an experienced automation solutions expert to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for designing and developing automation solutions for network management products.

  • Design and develop automation solutions for network management products.
  • Work closely with customers to gather requirements and deploy customized solutions.
  • Integrate OSS systems with SDWAN, Optical, and IP networking solutions.
  • Create detailed technical documentation for design, implementation, and testing.
  • Optimize customer workflows and automate day-to-day network operations.
  • Work with DevOps tools and CI/CD pipelines to improve automation efficiency.
  • Gain expertise in cloud-native networking, SDN/NFV, and network orchestration through real-world network automation projects.
  • Develop strong problem-solving, technical leadership, and customer engagement skills.
Key Skills and Qualifications

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in software engineering, computer engineering, computer science, or equivalent.
  • 8+ years of experience in software development.
  • Proficiency in at least two programming languages (JavaScript, Python, Core Java).
  • General understanding of networking technologies and protocols (IP/MPLS/Ethernet, routing, network OAM).
  • Strong troubleshooting skills with a customer-oriented mindset.

PREFERRED SKILLS

  • Knowledge of web services and interfaces (SOAP, REST, YANG, NETCONF, Kafka).
  • Experience with virtualization, cloud providers, and container technologies (VMWare, KVM).
  • Knowledge of database systems and hands-on experience with SQL (Oracle, MySQL).
