The role of a delivery leader is to spearhead the successful execution and completion of product deliverables, projects, and services. This individual must ensure that all deliverables meet client expectations, are completed on time, and within budget.

This position requires strong leadership skills, effective communication, and a deep understanding of software engineering, customer success, and program management methodologies. The delivery leader will work closely with clients, account management, product engineering, support operations, finance, risk, and sales teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Delivery Leadership: Oversee program managers and cross-functional teams to manage large-scale engagements, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and meet high-quality standards and client satisfaction.
  • Client Relationship Management: Serve as a trusted advisor to senior client management, providing strategic guidance and ensuring client satisfaction through on-time and high-quality delivery.
  • Business Leadership: Engage with senior leadership to establish business cases and objectives, driving scope discovery, pre-sales solutioning estimations, and overseeing top-line and bottom-line targets.
  • Stakeholder Management: Maintain relationships with key internal and external stakeholders, collaborating with product engineering, operations, and risk teams.
  • Execution Governance: Oversee engagement commitments with program managers and team leads, leading governance with executives and mitigating risks with stakeholders.
  • Negotiation: Manage and negotiate resources terms with senior stakeholders, including vendors and partners.

Requirements:

  • 16+ years of experience in engagement delivery within a SaaS Product / Enterprise Product delivery environment.
  • Strong written and oral communication; ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Conflict resolution and persuasion of interdisciplinary teams.
  • Prior experience creating Statements of Work, managing PL of large client delivery engagements.

Nice to Have:

  • Experience in Banking Fintech.
  • Experience with Scaled Agile Framework.
  • PMP, Prince2, or other relevant project management certifications.
  • Knowledge of ITIL and other service management frameworks.

About the Role:

This is a full-time, permanent position in the Project & Program Management department.
