About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled Talent Development Expert to join our team. As a key member of our Learning and Development department, you will play a vital role in designing and delivering comprehensive training programs that foster a culture of continuous growth and development.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and develop innovative learning solutions tailored to meet the specific needs of our employees.
- Collaborate with HR and business leaders to identify skill gaps and design targeted interventions.
- Utilize instructional design principles to create engaging and interactive learning materials, including e-learning modules, instructor-led training materials, job aids, and assessments.
- Evaluate the effectiveness of learning initiatives through assessments, feedback mechanisms, and performance metrics, and make recommendations for continuous improvement.
Requirements:
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in HR, with at least 3 years in L&D.
- Experience in large-scale program execution or project management.
- Experience in content curation, development, and learning program design.
- Experience using data and metrics to drive improvements.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
