Talent Acquisition Manager Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Talent Sourcing Expert to join our team. As a key member of our recruitment team, you will be responsible for leading the hiring process, partnering with brands, and engaging top talent.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Drive end-to-end recruitment journeys from initial contact to onboarding.
  • Partner with leading brands to shape their teams.
  • Hunt, connect, and engage with top talent.
  • Be the reason careers and companies grow together.

Requirements:

  • Experience in recruitment or staffing, preferably IT & Non-IT.
  • Strong communication and decision-making skills.
  • A balance of data-driven mindset and people-first approach.
  • A go-getter mindset that thrives on targets.
  • Client handling and onboarding experience.
  • New client onboarding is an advantage.
  • Hunger to grow with a company that's rapidly expanding.
