Operations Intern - Talent Sourcer

We are seeking a detail-oriented and driven Operations Intern to support our Operations team. In this role, you will be responsible for sourcing and identifying potential interviewers for various roles, leveraging professional platforms, and ensuring a smooth pipeline for the Talent Acquisition team.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Interviewer Sourcing: Utilize professional platforms to identify potential interviewers and build a talent pool of interviewers across various industries and roles.
  2. Screening and Shortlisting: Conduct preliminary screenings to evaluate interviewers' fit for specific roles and shortlist candidates based on qualifications, experience, and job requirements.
  3. Pipeline Management: Maintain an organized database of potential interviewers, ensuring regular follow-ups and tracking sourcing activities and results.
  4. Collaboration and Coordination: Work closely with the internal team to understand hiring needs and priorities and provide support in scheduling interviews and managing communications.
  5. Market Research: Stay updated on industry trends and talent market dynamics and suggest strategies to improve sourcing effectiveness.
Qualifications:
  • Pursuing or completed a degree in computer science or a related field.
  • Familiarity with sourcing tools such as Naukri and Indeed.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Excellent communication skills (written and verbal).
  • Ability to multitask and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
