Key Sourcing Specialist

We are seeking a seasoned sourcing expert to spearhead our efforts in identifying and developing innovative vendor partnerships that drive business growth and sustainability.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute comprehensive sourcing strategies aligned with our company's mission and values.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to source high-quality materials, develop new product lines, and optimize supply chain efficiency.
  • Build and maintain relationships with key vendors, ensuring compliance with sustainability standards and regulatory requirements.
  • Conduct market research to identify emerging trends, technologies, and best practices in sustainable sourcing.
  • Drive cost optimization initiatives while maintaining quality and sustainability standards.
  • Lead the end-to-end sourcing process, from vendor identification to product delivery.

Requirements:

  • 6-8 years of experience in fashion or textile industry with strong knowledge of sustainable fabrics and certifications.
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and stakeholder management skills along with strong leadership skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.
