Lead Sourcing Expert

We are seeking a seasoned professional to spearhead high-quality lead generation for our premium residential projects in Mumbai's most prestigious markets.

About the Role:

  • Develop and execute multi-channel lead sourcing strategies for ultra-luxury projects.
  • Grow and engage a high-performing network of channel partners and brokers.
  • SOURCE premium leads from HNI networks, corporate alliances, and lifestyle platforms.
  • Maintain high lead quality and maximize lead-to-sale conversion.
  • Optimize cost per lead and ROI on every channel.

Requirements:

  • 6+ years of experience in real estate lead sourcing with expertise in South Mumbai market.
  • Established connections with brokers and High-Net-Worth Individuals (HNIs) in South Mumbai.
  • Proven track record in delivering aggressive lead and sales targets.
  • Expertise in digital and offline high-end marketing channels.
  • Excellent negotiation, networking, and relationship-building skills.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  1. Build and maintain strong relationships with brokers, HNIs, and other key stakeholders.
  2. Develop and implement effective lead sourcing strategies across multiple channels.
  3. Monitor and analyze lead performance to optimize results.
