Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

- Identify and engage potential UCO sources, including restaurants, hotels, and food manufacturers, to meet and exceed sourcing targets while building a strong sales pipeline.
- Conduct discovery calls to understand client needs and effectively communicate the company's value proposition.
- Assist in negotiating contracts and lead the sales process from qualification to closure, securing long-term UCO supply partnerships.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and FSSAI regulations under the RUCO initiative, and coordinate with the operations team to facilitate efficient UCO collection.
- Maintain accurate records of sourcing activities and work closely with the team to refine sales strategies based on market feedback.
- Participate in team meetings and training sessions to stay updated on industry trends and sales techniques.

Candidates Profile:

- Proven experience in sales, lead generation, and account management.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Proactive, self-motivated, and passionate about sustainability.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Environmental Studies, or a related field.
- Experience in the waste management, food industry, or biofuel sector is a plus.
