Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead Generation & Client Outreach:
- Identify and reach out to potential UCO sources such as restaurants, hotels, and food manufacturers.
- Focus on meeting and exceeding sourcing targets while building a strong sales pipeline.
- Client Engagement & Needs Analysis:
- Engage in discovery calls to understand client needs and effectively communicate the company's value proposition.
- Build strong relationships with clients to secure long-term UCO supply partnerships.
- Sales Process & Negotiation:
- Support in negotiating contracts and manage the sales process from qualification to closure.
- Close contracts with clients for long-term UCO supply and ensure repeat business.
- Compliance & Coordination:
- Ensure that all sourcing activities comply with industry standards and FSSAI regulations under the RUCO initiative.
- Coordinate with the operations team for the timely and efficient collection of UCO.
- Record Keeping & Sales Strategy:
- Maintain accurate records of sourcing activities and communicate findings to the team for strategy refinement.
- Collaborate with the team to adjust sales strategies based on market feedback.
- Continuous Learning:
- Participate in team meetings and training sessions to stay up-to-date with industry trends and refine sales techniques.

Candidate Profile:

- Skills in Sales & Business Development:
- Proven track record in sales, lead generation, and account management.
- Strong communication and negotiation abilities to handle client interactions effectively.
- Proactive & Self-Motivated:
- A self-driven and proactive approach to achieving sales targets.
- Passion for sustainability and driving eco-friendly initiatives.
- Educational Background:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Environmental Studies, or a related field.
