Business Development Manager for Mumbai

Key Responsibilities:- Sales Strategy Development: Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company goals and targets for both B2B & B2C.
- Team Leadership: Lead, motivate, and mentor the sales team to achieve individual and team targets.
- Performance Management: Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions as needed.
- Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and clients to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Market Analysis: Stay up-to-date with industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities.
- Budget Management: Manage the sales budget effectively, ensuring optimal allocation of resources to achieve sales targets.
- Reporting: Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts for senior management, highlighting key performance metrics and areas for improvement.
- Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product development, and operations, to drive business growth and success.
- Compliance: Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
