Job Title: Junior Project Assistant

Join our team as a Junior Project Assistant and contribute to the success of our organization.

This is a full-time/part time on-site role located in Bengaluru. The Junior Project Assistant will be responsible for supporting project management tasks, coordinating between different departments, preparing project documentation, scheduling meetings, assisting with research, and maintaining project schedules.

The role includes keeping track of project deliverables and ensuring that they are completed on time. This position requires strong communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively coordinate with team members and stakeholders.

To succeed in this role, you should have a strong understanding of marketing and project management principles, including coordinating and scheduling tasks. You should also be able to prepare and manage project documentation, conduct research, and maintain project schedules.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support project management tasks, including coordinating between different departments and preparing project documentation.
  • Conduct research and provide insights to support project goals.
  • Assist with scheduling meetings and maintaining project schedules.
  • Prepare and present project reports and updates to stakeholders.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, Management, or related field (Pursuing students are most welcome).
  • Marketing and project management knowledge, including coordinating and scheduling tasks.
  • Ability to prepare and manage project documentation.
  • Research skills or knowledge.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills (English, Hindi).
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Ability to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
